INDEPENDENT UNBIASED

Credible valuations delivered quickly, documented thoroughly, and easy to defend when it matters. My only obligation is to an honest number — never to the result anyone hopes for.

How hiring works: For mortgage purchases & refinances, the lender has to be the client and order the appraisal — so I can't be hired directly for those. For estates, divorce, tax appeals, pre-listing, and private pre-purchase valuations, you can hire me directly.

I'm Maxwell Rupp.

I run Cash Consulting out of Charlotte, and I keep it simple: I'll work for any man, woman, or child who can pay and values the honest work I'm capable of. Whether that's a defensible appraisal or a server that finally behaves, you get the same person from the first call to the finished job.

I've been a Certified Residential Appraiser since 2023, with a couple more years in the field before that — and a lifetime of tinkering with tech that turned into a real second trade. Young enough to actually enjoy the technology, seasoned enough to be trusted with the number.

Why "Cash"?

It's my legal middle name — my maternal family name. So the business is named for family, and it's run like it: honestly, and with something to live up to.
